The idea of looking inside in order to come awake is at the centre of one of the songs I wrote for Hara’s Quest.
The song called, BODY, (click to see video) is about a woman who has lost her sense of purpose. It is only when she relaxes enough from outside stimulation that she is able to listen to what is going on inside.
Hara is in Indonesia at the time of this song. She is taking a deep body massage that is given using soft, electric cloths that relax the muscles and stimulate memory and healing.
